SALES DEPARTMENT
Linda Taylor-Ricci, Senior Print Consultant
Linda is our senior sales person, we all love her. She takes care of her customers, and takes care of us too. She is very responsive and generous with customers and has a secret passion for collecting olympic uniforms which contain the digit 4 somewhere.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Rob Marin, Senior Customer Service Representative
Rob is our Customer Service Manager. We are excited to have Rob on board as we continue to bring great individuals to the front counter. Rob enjoys crossword puzzles and dreams of one day climbing Mount Wachusett.
Chris Casey,Customer Service Representative
Chris is an excellent member of our team. He comes from a production background, and really knows his stuff. When you have Chris working for you, you'll see miracles happening. Chris' many hobby's include designing light weight suitcases, flamingo breeding and Greek poetry.
PRINTING DEPARTMENT
Matt Draleaus, Senior Pressman
Matt is our senior pressman and production manager. He usually handles the jobs that require special care and attention, which is all of them. Matt also comes from many years in the trade, and has a keen eye for quality and detail. Matt has patents pending on various basement inventions such as the worlds first brail computer keyboard, chocolate flavored soap, and scratch & sniff Pantone Inks.
GRAPHICS DEPARTMENT
Andy Wickman, Senior Electronic Printing Manager
Andy heads up the graphics department. He's always helpful, and easy to work with. Give him your file, and he'll figure out how to get it produced, that's how he works. Andy boasts of High School football stardom now faded, and has a distant relative who knows a Hollywood celebrity.
Michael Gallaugher, Graphic Design & Prepress
Perhaps the best looking and most intelligent of all Apex Press staff members. Michael performs all the creative tasks for the company, such as our printed communications and company web page. Michael enjoys internet bingo and studies cloud patterns.
REPRODUCTION
John Medina (J.C.), Reproduction Manager
If you visit us you'll see JC working away on the high speed and digital duplication jobs. He has been in the business for 20 years and works great with everyone. JC restores old refrigerators, and teaches T-ball to senior citizens.
BINDERY
Fabio, Bindery & Driver
Fabio has a unique position. He's our right hand man in the shipping department, helps out in bindery and delivers when needed. One way or another, Fabio has his hand in most jobs that move through the shop. Fabio won the 2003 Creative Child Magazine Seal of Excellence for his invention of the award winning and well know game "Idunnowhatyertalkinbout."
Lillian, Bindery
Lillian pops in every once in a while when we need extra bindery help. As a former driver for us, Lil makes a great contribution. She was awarded fourth place in the 2005 Basket Weaving contest in the Worcester County Fair, and holds a Masters Degree in underwater welding.
Leonardo, Bindery
Leo is in charge of our in house mail department, a comprehensive service no print shop in Massachusetts offers. Leo executes all bindery functions and works great with people, he also refurbishes classic Volkswagons on the side, and has a keen sense of smell.
